Cheyenne at the Bordentown location did a phenomenal job in assisting me getting a unit. She was informative, courteous, and personal. She made me feel more informed and confident in getting my unit. Professional in what she does. Store and units were climate controlled, had ac to keep you cool while your moving boxes. And cleaner than any other storage I've been at. Great manager! My experience was great because of her. Very helpful.

Jordan* Who was manning the office on Memorial Day, Monday May 25th at K.Johnson Bordentown went ABOVE and beyond In customer service for me cutting my disk lock after they key was misplaced. He was warm and took the time to come up make sure I was okay and asked if I needed assistance with anything else. As a former CubeSmart employee myself, I think that he would be an asset to the Hive, in Malvern, PA. That’s the level of exemplary customer service I recieved from this gentleman. Made sure to verify my claims before anything, verified ID, literally watched him use risk assessment in his head (as he should have) before assisting. Just wanted to point these attributes out to the company. He’s a good one.
