Avoid. I just received a sudden rate increase for my storage space roughly the size of a small closet (which stores two bicycles and some small stacked boxes) with no climate control, no light fixture and random leaks from $45.99 to $95.96. I understand a marginal rate increase within a years time, but to double the price seems like robbery for what I’m offered. I went to speak the office manager who was bluntly rude to me about any options about a rate reduction or getting into another storage locker at a different price point. I was told simply that I didn’t ’qualify’ for any other options - whatever that means. I guess I’m taking my business elsewhere.

The team handled assisting me with getting into my unit after I lost the key to the lock and in changing the unit to my name after my mother passed away. They were very understanding and made a difficult situation smoother! Appreciate all of their assistance!

This facility goes above and beyond for a year! I was in between moves and Matt helped me with all my questions. He listened to all of my hypotheticals patiently and non-judgmental while assisting me in my move. I am so sad to move my stuff from there but i am going to use another Extra storage in the future.
