Prime storage is nothing without their manager zee I have experienced hardship for personal reasons and worldly reasons and the manager Z has always made me feel seen and heard is always courteous is always understandable, but it’s very firm and then in In her position, she’s very professional. She’s amazing. She’s very patient. Soft spoken is always speaking positive about Prime stories like she is the backbone of Prime Storage and she cares about her customers. She cares about the interactions and she cares about the result the results even though I can no longer stay over there, cause I’m moving. That was the best storage facility I have ever experience not only where they clean. It’s climate controlled and it’s so quiet. You don’t have so many people there at one time its clean and well put together didn’t experience any tampering with my unit didn’t experience any weather tampering with my stuff the way I brought my things into the storage unit is the way my stuff left impeccable conditions thank you for being the most greatest asset to Prime Storage

I needed storage for seasonal items. I called Prime Storage in Clifton NJ because the area is always cleaned. Prior to this I called a different location and was considering it due to the price. Prime Storage honored the lesser price I had found. I rented a 5x5. The young lady who assisted me at the storage location was beyond pleasant. God bless her. The storage is well kept. No foul musty odors. No liter noted. Well lit. I feel my belongings are safe there. It’s great when one received amazing customer service.

This Prime Storage location is a great location if you need any storage services . The manager Zee is professional , she’s very informative and will help you with any assistance you may need concerning your stay .with your storage . She’s there to help . She helped me and my husband and even helped us move our things out of storage she lifted heavy items and was happy to help us . She’s awesome ! We had a little mix up with our unit in the beginning but Zee helped us fix it so we can get everything sorted out I would recommend this prime storage facility to anyone who needs to store or move their items 100% Thanks Zeke and Teresa
