The facility is very clean and well-maintained, and they even helped me get the app set up on my phone, which made everything easy from day one. On my very first visit, I needed help finding my rental unit. Shiju, the Store Manager, was onsite and gladly assisted and directed me on how to get to my space. He also made sure I knew how to use my new lock. He and Bill were also pleasant and helpful when it was time to "move out". My experience there was problem free. I would most definitely recommend their location to anyone in or near Edison in need of "Extra Space".
