Great first experience… stuffed the storage unit after our move then purchased a shed to accommodate most of our items.. therefore got to empty our storage early ! Krissy, manager, was amazingly helpful always there for us.. she was accommodating to all our needs and kind and knowledgeable. She handled the closure and receipt and refund without asking and it was complete only hours later!! She is an incredible asset to your company and you should be proud to have her onboard..

The facility itself is incredibly clean, secure, and well-organized, but what truly sets it apart is Krissy. ​Her customer service is unmatched. She is remarkably friendly, welcoming, and consistently goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to making the experience seamless and stress-free. If you need a storage unit in the EHT area, do yourself a favor and come here—ask for Krissy! Krissy is the most phenomenal Storage Manager and customer service representative I have ever interacted with. She waited for us to exit our vehicles to open the door for and welcome us. She smiled and laughed the entire time, all the while demonstrating how the access pads, doors, systems, and lock functioned. The facility is clean, nice, up-to-date, and the surveillance/ access systems very up to date. 10/10

On 5.8.2026, I needed a storage unit on the same day and Kristy was professional and very helpful far beyond the usual requirement for registration of the unit. She offered different ways to pay to reduce the cost and was very accommodating; plus with giving me the location directions. Also, I wanted to mention Stephine who also was very helpful the next day giving me instruction on how to operate the code for the door, opening the storage unit etc. as it was my first time going to the storage.
