This facility is clean, well maintained and secure. The ability to drive up to your climate controlled unit is very convenient. The staff (Zak and Khiry) are friendly and helpful. However, the rate hikes are crazy. In the span of 18 months, the price of my unit incrementally increased from $288/month to $648/month. Our premium 2 BR apartment rent only increased by $100 in the same time period. With so many other storage facilties in the area, I wonder how they can stay competitive.
