The elevator has been out on and off since October, My unit is on the second floor. Once again went this past week during office hours, no one at office, elevator not working. No one is ever at the desk to speak with. Also the entrance was still full of snow and ice. They Do NOT answer the phone or respond to voicemail’s. They have no problem texting or emailing for payment.

security locks on the main doors to the outside units dont work. i think its a little ridiculous that our rates keep increasing yet they cant properly secure the buildings that people's units are in. anybody can just walk right into the building. i'm paying over $90 i should feel secure about where my storage unit is.

This facility was acquired by public storage from Cubesmart last year and since it basically no longer has functional management. They rent spaces on a second floor but no longer provide an elevator for people to remove their belongings. I am writing this review February 9th 2026 and they have not had a functioning elevator since November 2025! They also have no costumer service - they have you talking in circles with an answering machine. When they finally reach out to you they have no excuse about the elevator other than to say "we left a message with the technician". Unbelievable! Too bad the system does not allow for zero star reviews. Save yourself the trouble and find another storage facility.

I have a storage unit here but ran into Isaiah at the bank who is the manager at my storage place. I had to stop into the office to ask a few questions about my bill but he answered all my questions while I was at the bank. One less stop for me!!

I have to write this one for Dave cuz he is a REEL ONE. (Pun will be understood at the end of review). I came to the storage to go into my unit to try and gather a few things. As I enter the elevator my key fob decides to slip out my pocket while I’m pulling my phone out and my key fob falls into the split of the elevator shaft. I immediately panic and run to the front desk. Dave calls his superior, they were at a loss for words cuz it’s a rare situation. He then proceeded to find a old fishing rod, twists a paperclip onto the end and gets my keys from the shaft in under 5 minutes. Looking at the man thinking “this must happen often”. He goes “Nope, this is a first for me.” Either way he was quick, efficient and kept me at ease despite not having a streamlined solution to the problem AND STILL GOT THE JOB DONE!! Again REEL ONE!! 🗣️GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!! 🤣🤣🤣
