The whole process was very easy - I signed up online with no issues. The facility was affordable and clean, and easy to access. The location was easy to find and navigate using the app, and it was in a quiet area of town so I felt like the facility was extra safe in addition to the normal security measures. Staff members were very kind and helpful with any questions, and made the stresses of moving that much more manageable.
