This place had the front gate locked open for over a month. I could see maybe a day to a week to get the repair done, but it was over a month. Security obviously doesn’t matter here. Then when I go there, the exit gate doesn’t work. And I had to back out around the corner with a Trailer attached to my truck. On top of all this, I go there to move my stuff out now. The exit gate is locked open like I said there is obviously Lack of security here . also they definitely overcharge. I would suggest going somewhere else.

Tiera was very helpful, very pleasant and made me feel secure about using this facility. The facility seems clean and once they fix the lighting issue, that should not be a problem. I was disappointed as I thought I had a first floor unit, but apparently not. Still, an excellent experience.
