I chose this facility because of its location and easy access to the pike. I want to say that It was nice to be able to speak with a real person at the actual facility. I dealt with Khiry and he took the time in the freezing cold to show me the different sizes and the available units, he also addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. He is a true professional at what he does. I never felt rushed and he even went over all my options. I did not hesitate to reserve a space with him and I do 100% reccomend this facility.

He has been so kind, helpful and trustworthy through my time renting a storage unit with extra space storage. Would not recommend to anyone they will upcharge you without notice. Then late fees are outrages. Never will go back. But aside from that kyrie was nothing but helpful and was a pleasure to deal with 5 stars to him 0 for the company.
