CubeSmart on 13th St in Hoboken is a great choice for storage options big and small. I worked with Fernando who was kind, professional, and very helpful - I needed assistance determining storage unit size, pricing options, and had questions about a host of things from billing to insurance etc. Fernando took the time to answer every question, show me units that fit my needs, and assisted with setting everything up. Seamless interaction and professional service. The floor, unit, and facility in general was well kept snd clean. Would highly recommend. Loop

Storage space was a bit smaller than expected. There is a lock on the elevator floors, but it wasn't immediately obvious what that code was. Since we came after hours, there was no front desk to help answer this question. There was no straight forward answer from Google. We didn't find the answer in the emails. After an hour, a passerby mentioned it was *(unit) (last 4 phone)#

Moving is never easy, but Luis Rivera was remarkably kind, efficient and helpful as I was moving out. I greatly appreciated his professional manner and his ability to juggle so many tasks at once, while also remaining cheerful. He is a real asset to his company. I stored my things here for seven years, and moving out was the first time I had been back to my unit. Everything was just as I had left it, the storage facility is amazingly clean, no dust had accumulated whatsoever. No smells or bugs either. If you need to store, this is the place to go. Thank you again, Luis, for all your wonderful help! You made this a solid five-star act.

I’ve never leased a storage unit before but decided to go with the location on 13th and Adams and was really impressed by Valerie who works the front desk. Valerie was very informative about the process and didn’t need for me to ask questions because she mentioned every single thing during our viewing of our unit. 5 Stars for the staff & especially the Manager, Naim, at this location! However, taking stars off for CubeSmart rates, which dramatically increase every 3 or 4 months. For me, EVERY 3 months my base monthly rate jumped by more 35% each time. I saw other people post about this price jump once you're settled in, so I know I'm not the only one outraged by this.
