If you’re looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend using Extra Space Storage in Howell. The units are clean and accessible, and the office staff is INCREDIBLE! Kimmie has gone above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process from moving in to moving out. I recommended here to all my family and friends, the entire experience was exceptional. 10/10!

Kimmie was very helpful and kind with all the questions I initially had for the move in, and then made renewing an easy experience for me! The facility is clean, maintained well, and I feel like my items are safe in a temperature controlled space. Absolutely thrilled with the service here, can't recommend this Extra Space facility enough!

Kimmie was absolutely amazing! She was so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. During what was a very stressful move for my aunt, her kindness and hospitality truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make everything easier and more comfortable for our family. We’re so grateful for her patience and support — she made a difficult time feel a lot more manageable. Highly recommend working with her!
