I would like to reinstate my previous negative review. This company does not communicate, they do not treat people fairly, and I have cancelled my contract with them and moved my things out - because of how they don’t communicate. They do not deserve a 5 star rating. Previous review is below. They have been billing me for my unit and a second unit that’s not mine for months. I can’t get a hold of anyone when I call, nobody responds to emails and I’m sick of it. I’m going to be looking for a new space when I have time to move my things because the management of this is atrocious. One of the times I called in someone on the phone told me they’d fix it. They haven’t. They’re terrible at the most basic level of customer service.

There are new owners for this storage facility. I had a storage unit for three months. Then this place sent me an email stating on the fourth month my rent will be increased an additional $125.00 a month. Think twice before renting from this place. Very unethical.
