I’ve been renting from extra space storage for five years and I only had the most amazing experiences. I am looking forward to renting with them again this year they are always friendly available and eager to help! Extra Space Storage was a super smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. The place is spotless, well-lit, and organized — the kind of facility where you walk in and immediately feel like your stuff is in good hands. The staff/manager were genuinely helpful and easy to deal with. They took the time to explain the options, helped me figure out the right unit size, and were great about finding a solid rate without any pressure or runaround. You can tell they know what they’re doing, and they actually care that you leave happy. Big plus: access is simple, the unit was clean and ready, and everything felt secure and well-maintained. If you need storage and don’t want a headache (or any surprises), this is definitely the move.

Lisa and Michelle are absolutely wonderful. They are helpful, knowledgeable and just so pleasant to speak with. The facility is always clean and a great place to have my personal items.

Costumer service was very friendly and helpful and always there to take care of the problem for me. The carts were very helpful but if I had one suggestion I would say to add extra carts. Moving is a cinch with the elevator and the carts with online payments. Oh! And I have to say it was always clean when I came. This was my unit. The 10’ which is about the size of a small room. Thank you for making it so easy.
