The people at the Southampton office are great friendly professional and very helpful. The 800 service number reps need a little more help with their customer service. You should be able to make your payment for your entire monthly cost at once, rental and insurance. When I called the general service # they would not allow me to pay my 4 month stay. Of insurance. Stating I had to pay the insurance by the month. My local office was able to help me out with this as I was able to pay down my remaining month’s insurance cost all at once. Much appreciated! Overall I had a very nice experience.
