Very pleased with my experience renting a storage unit at the Millstone location. I initially booked online but had some additional questions. I called the office directly and spoke with Blanche who was friendly and helpful. On move-in day, I stopped at the office and Blanche was there to point me in the right direction, and we had a nice conversation as well.

I have nothing but good things to say about Millstone’s Extra Space Storage location! From the beginning stages of starting to find a unit, to moving out of one and into another, Blanch and Tom have been great. Blanche has been super helpful with helping out when automated increases come out and Tom was helpful in showing units and assisting in setting everything up and switching from one unit to another! The units are always clean and the property is well maintained. Definitely recommend this storage location!
