My mom and dad used this place to store many years of stuff that would not fit in our small home. There have been 3 owners since they first rented their space. All have been nice and worked with my parents if any issue arose-change of due date or rate, things like that. The only downside is that the manager is in this office on Wednesdays but will answer phone/messages anytime. If you stop in, you may get to see the cutest employee 🐶😊

Jesse is fantastic and super helpful in the office. The facility is clean and tidy. This little hidden gem is located right in Mantua on Main St. The prices are the best around and it’s super simple and easy if you need to switch units based off your needs.

Jessie and the team at Mantua Storage are awesome. We had a unique move, where I was unsure what size unit I needed. The guys were very flexible in helping me determine the proper sized unit. They were accommodating when I had to upgrade after the second month. Overall, great, secure company with better customer support.

My family rented a unit for a short amount of time during a period of moving and was told they would prorate one week into the next month, but when it came time to do that it was not an option. Upon checking out (2:15pm) the office woman Michelle asked us to leave so she could finish her lunch break which she says ends at 2:15. Checking out took all of 30 seconds from her lunch break. Found out later that homeowners insurance will work instead of paying an extra 11$ a month that was not presented as an option to us. Overall poor customer service.
