Clean, well lighted , safe areas. I chose a climate controlled unit. The onsite manager was helpful to a first time customer explaining how everything works. Online sign up is tedious, but definitely the way to go. Cost was similiar to other locations nearby, but with more amenities. I am happy with my decision.

Victoria was absolutely amazing at the Rio Grande location! We were in and out in less than 10 minutes, and she made it super easy for me and my husband to get a storage unit. Not only was it quick and simple, but the place was also really nice — climate controlled, clean, and affordable. The first month was free, plus 50% off, which was awesome! Everyone knows moving or downsizing can be super stressful, but Victoria and CubeSmart made the whole process a breeze. We’ve had other storage units before, and none compare to CubeSmart.
