Mary is the site manager and was very helpful with a joyful personality. The main office was clean as well as the surrounding grounds. Clearly a new facility that was spotless. Digital entry was a breeze. The site map provided made access easy. The unit itself was spotless and easily accessible. The facility is easy on/off the main road and the GSP. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

Although I am not happy with how Extra Space Storage does business the facility is very clean, easy to access and the employees, especially Mary the on site manager, are courteous and very helpful. Mary helped me when my credit card expired and payment failed and helped me set up auto payments. Just be careful if you get a storage space that is on a promotional rate because within 3 months my rate more than doubled. Somewhere buried in the endless small print the company says this but it's a pretty sketchy business practice in my opinion 😳

I had the pleasure of working with Alan Harris at the Extra Space Storage in Cape May Courthouse NJ and I must say, he went above and beyond! We initially spoke on the phone prior to me stopping in and he had a unit reserved for me! Well it turned out that this unit was not going to fit my needs and even though he had to leave for a company meeting, he took the time to find another unit that did suit my needs! He was friendly, informative, and most of all patient with all my questions and concerns! Thanks Alan, you completely rocked it!
