I had such a wonderful experience renting my storage unit. The Store manager, Sasha was amazing, she explained everything very detailed and got us in and out super fast. The facility was very clean and set up really nice.

I am very disappointed in my experience with Smart Stop Storage, formerly Extra Space Storage. To be clear, this review is directed to the ownership, not the staff, who have been courteous throughout my time there. My experience took a distressing turn due to a rodent infestation within the facility, which resulted in the loss of my entire living room set. When I first noticed droppings on my furniture, I immediately reported it to the office, where I then learned there was indeed a significant rodent problem. Initially, I felt some reassurance due to my insurance coverage, but I soon discovered that under the new ownership, Smart Stop's insurance offers a mere $500 maximum payout for rodent damage. What is truly alarming is that I received no prior notification regarding the rodent issue. Had I been informed, I could have made an informed decision about relocating my belongings. Instead, I am left facing over $2,000 in losses, with an unacceptably low compensation of $500 being presented as a remedy. This situation is not only unfair but also raises serious questions about the responsibility of the new management. Furthermore, my contract with Extra Space Storage clearly outlined 100% coverage for rodent damage. Yet, it seems that the new ownership conveniently limits this compensation to just $500 at the time of the incident. This is simply unacceptable. I intend to file a formal complaint and, if necessary, pursue legal action in small claims court because I firmly believe that this resolution does not reflect fairness or accountability.
Staff is very helpful and kind. They answered all of our questions and explained the whole rental process and fees. Would definitely recommend them for storage needs.
The facility is beautiful, spacious and clean. The staff are absolutely phenomenal, polite, funny, professional and empathetic. I would recommend this facility ten times over. I'd especially like to thank staff Sasha and Rebekka for their professionalism, excellent customer service, compassion and just being amazing at their jobs!!
