Love the facility and loved my time here. I’m aware it’s standard for pricing to increase from time to time but it has become exorbitant. Usually they are amazing and kind and work with me. I run a nonprofit and use the unit to store our clothing supplies and hygiene kits to hand out to the homeless on Sundays. However when I called today to negotiate pricing I was told by a woman who said she’s new yet somehow also a manager (and the general manager is out indefinitely) that they don’t do that anymore and I HAVE to pay the $30-80 increases every 3 months. At a certain point one unit is more than my car payment. They are the most expensive place around and yet call it matching the prices in the area. I can definitely see my contract with them ending soon if this is how I’m treated. So sad because I liked them until this new manager and policy. We have 100 places locally though so I can go anywhere else.

The worst. This business will debut your account after they have already taken the regular payment. They took a payment on a day it wasn’t even due! The mice were living in my sweaters and coats, eating through wood and plastic ware, Tupperware was stained with mice pee and droppings and a brand new sectional was ruined by mice as well. I would never suggest this place to Anyone.

I would recommend going elsewhere if you could. While the unit is clean and there is ease of use in terms of access and payment, my storage rental increased two times between August 2025 until now. I will be vacating shortly and probably the only reason it will not go up again is because I paid in advance to prevent this from happening. Please do not be persuaded by the introductory price. It is just that.. and assume that your rate will go up within two months and you’ll be told that they’ve done research and that the price increase is comparable across the area which if you do your own reasearch you will find is not entirely true but the cost of moving all your items again is not worth it, which they count on. It’s unfortunate that companies such as this find it to be ok to take advantage of people when they know most of them cannot do without this storage. Good luck to those that have to use these companies and may the prices be in your favor.
