I love being an Extra Space Stanhope customer. The staff at this location is the biggest reason. They respond immediately to all inquiries and have always been really kind and helpful. I have rented here for over a year due to unforeseen circumstances and will probably need to for longer. The facility is always very clean and well maintained. I have recommended this location to my family members for when they may need it. I have nothing but positive reviews of my time here.

Jessica was very helpful. I was moving from another Extra Space in NY to Stanhope NJ. She made it easier by explaining how best to do that. The facility is kept well and my belongings are safe. 🙂 March 13 2026- update. Cody at Extra Space in Stanhope NJ made sure to take the time to let me know how I could keep my rental price as low as possible. I usually don’t check on these things and assume that I have no options. Cody let me know that there is a possibility to lower my rate and keep it that way for a longer period of time. . This was great as I will be needing the space for an extended period of time. My thanks to Cody and the DM at the Stanhope Extra Space facility.

Jessica continuously goes above and beyond to address all of my concerns! She is very attentive and definitely knows how to prioritize a customer's needs. The facility is very well kept compared to other storage facilities I have used in the past. Overall, I'm very glad I moved my belongings here :)

We were looking for storage space and had no idea what we’re going to get. Had the pleasure of speaking with Jessica. She is so easy to talk to, showed us all the options we could choose from, and was able to help us decide on a unit that works best for our needs and at a great price. We could tell she cares and thinks about the customer’s welfare as well as our precious belongings. Thank you very much Jessica! Also, the storage facility is clean and is well maintained. This storage facility is highly recommended.
