The storage unit is nice but my problem is that the next door unit can SEE what's in your unit. And probably crawl though those holes and snatch stuff. It's an uncomfortable feeling knowing your stuff could be dragged out at any moment. Had the unit for a couple of days and will be leaving it asap. Paid for the month used it for 3 days.

Bait and Switch I was quoted a price and told it would be good for 1 year and then told it would only increase slightly. After 4 months the rent increased 50%. The customer service is awful. We had a problem with payment and was unable to fix it on the website. We tried calling several times but no on ever answers the phone. They ended up charging me and addition $32 and wouldn't refund it. The employees have no authority to help you and the district manager is never around. So it's been over a month since my review and your response. I contacted directly as I was asked to and surprise surprsie no answered the phone or returned my call.

Customer service in your horrible . Yes I had a error in the wrong unit and tried to fix it with Chris in Stratford location and his attitude when I tried to explain the issue and my error his response was that’s not the issue and I end call and spoke to an online rep who fixed the issue 2x after they put a 2nd lick on my unit regardless if it was the wrong unit All that had to be done was change unit and I pay the difference which was done by online representative and I signed it in line 3 days of inconvenient. Then I go in today unit still double locked after they were asked to remove so I could get in. Then was threatened by a Mgr or whoever she was that she would cancel my contract. I will pay my unit and wish to not have to deal with any of the front office workers thank you thru all this my unit was paid and contract signed online and paid thru Aug 26

Professional friendly staff, clean storage bins, inside, away from the weather elements. Easy start up. More reasonable rates than other storage companies. Would recommend. .
