This is our first experience with Extra Space. Austin Adam’s-Kaiser the store manager was so nice and easy to work with. We went over to talk to Austin numerous times and and he was always gracious and friendly. . He took the time to explain everything and made the process very easy. If you need extra storage you really should stop in and talk to Austin. The facility is super clean and Austin will 💯 take care of you.

I liked the facility, very clean and no issues. Customer service was great and felt secure that they did checks of the locks and will notify you if your unit wasn’t locked properly. A little surprised of the increase in rate after introductory rate but overall it was great experience.

The process to rent a unit was very seamless. Austin at the Sewell, NJ location was helpful, knowledgeable about the size space that we needed. Answered our questions, was patient when showing us around, explained the next steps clearly. Facility is clean, accessing was easy and well-organized. Overall, a great experience. Austin was terrific with helping me decide what storage worked for my belongs. He is extremely patient and attentive. The storage facility is super clean and easy accessible. Grateful for Austin and Extra Space helping to lessen my pain of not having an elevator in my building and being able to store heavy bins. The prices are reasonable as well.
