He will go out of his way to make sure that you are happy with the storage locker you are choosing and make sure that you do not have any issues. He is so accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Also Extra Space Storage is a great facility. Very clean and organized and a great place to store for short or long term. Very conveniently located in the heart of Westwood NJ

I already left a Yelp review, but I’m back because—true to form—I couldn’t figure out how to leave a Google review 🙃 Thankfully, Steve and Andrew sent me the right link… so here I am, breaking my own “no screens” rule. Quick note for clarity: This review is from Jessica Bernard. I’m using my mom’s account because I don’t use a cell phone and haven’t for months (maybe longer), so sometimes I forget to double-check where I’m posting from. Also—important correction— it was my grandmother who passed away at 98, not my mom’s. Which brings me to why this place matters so much. When my grandmother passed, I suddenly had 98 years’ worth of life to sort through and store. That turned into me renting three units at Extra Space Storage in Westwood… so yes, it’s basically become my second home. And the reason that hasn’t been completely overwhelming is because of Andrew and Steve. They run that place in a way that feels rare now: they’re smart, kind, organized, and genuinely helpful. When you’re dealing with something emotional and logistically exhausting, having people like that around—people you actually like seeing when you walk in—matters more than you’d think. Also, small but real point: In a world that keeps trying to replace people with bots and automation (which, let’s be honest, gets hacked or breaks half the time)… we still need real humans who know what they’re doing. Andrew and Steve are those people. And apparently, they’re also the reason I’m now writing reviews on multiple platforms—despite actively trying not to be on screens. Highly recommend.

The Westwood location has the best customer service anyone could ask for. Andrew and Steve are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I was shocked when I saw how clean the bathroom was, not to mention the easy access. It’s incredible how easy it was to access my storage unit with the many elevators and carts they have on site. I have had many storage units in my moves over the years, and Extra Space Storage in Westwood is the only place I’ll ever trust my belongings to be kept in a climate controlled and safe environment. If I could give 10 GOLD STARS I would!
