She was helpful, and genuinely committed to making the process easy. The cleanliness of the facility truly stood out as well. The grounds, hallways, and my unit were all spotless and well-maintained, which gave me great peace of mind knowing my belongings are stored in a safe and tidy environment.

Kimberly and John were extremely knowledgeable and very sweet. Kimberly showed me a unit that was perfect for what I have to store. PLUS, I have the rest of my furniture in the “Extra Space” in Sun Prairie Wisconsin as well! Both units are extremely clean and climate control is great! 😊

Kimberly was knowledgeable and answers all my questions. All paperwork could be taken care of over the phone. The layout and conveniences for reaching my unit were laid out for me, along with the use of carts for carrying my belongings.

I have been renting a storage unit since February 2025 and for a big unit I got a great deal! Kimberly also came through and saved Christmas by helping me work with my payments. Everytime I call in everyone is so helpful and I love the app which is also a gate key. My favorite thing about this location is the cats that live nearby; I love to say hi to them. 😸
