When choosing a storage facility to store your valuables, we tend to choose the place that best fits our budget. Atleast that’s what I’ve come to realize in my experience. It wasn’t until I went through a difficult time in my life and found myself on the cusp in of llosing my storage unit due to falling behind on my payments that I discovered the importance of dealing with a storage business that has genuine kind hearted people operating it. While extra space storage does maintain affordable unit pricing, and well maintained and clean units. I want to take the time to acknowledge and express my gratitude for the people running it. Most people in the business could care less about your property, and are only concerned with filling their pockets. The people at Extra space arent those kind of people. No only are they extremely friendly, but they are personable. They understand that life happens, they are empathetic and in my experience they went above and beyond the status quo to accommodate me and help me through a difficult time. Connie specifically was quick to put my worries to rest, and perfectly demonstrated the kind of customer service we don’t see anymore in modern day society. She was effective and professional In her approach, and more importantly as I said before she was personable. I felt heard, and understood. I wish there were more people like Connie that worked in management because the world would be a better place. Despite my shortcomings, I have still had an exceptional experience as a customer at extra space, communication is top tier, friendliness and attitude is perfect, customer service is excellent. And the units are all extremely well maintained. Overall I am very content, and I would highly recommend their business.

The care she takes in overseeing the facility is great such that even though this Extra Space is in an out of the way area I feel it will be safe. I have to update my post. I just moved out and although it was only a couple months this is the best experience I have had with a storage facility. They are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. I really recommend this place. Great price. Very Friendly and helpful staff.
