My family needed to acquire a storage unit during an upcoming home project. Cube Smart had the best prices and facility in town. Courtney and Morgan have been great! Getting started was a breeze!! Both of them were available to help when needed. They were detailed with the paperwork, and explained all that I had questions about. Courtney was additionally helpful in helping me set up the insurance for the unit using our current personal insurance policies. When touring the facility it was clean and well lit. The level of security was to my expectation and level of comfortability. At the end of the day, renting a storage unit can be a bit stressful to say the least. However, both Courtney and Morgan made me feel at ease. If I ever need additional storage in town, Cube Smart will be the first place I look too and trust.

I am reading all the reviews and they are great and I agree that the girls in the office they are great! I have had 3 units for the better part of two years so you can imagine how much money they have made off of me with countless rate hikes. I have recently fallen on hard times and have been late the last few months. I was told today if I don’t pay within the next two days I will have a $120 lien fee added to my bill and my unit will be auctioned off in April. The girls in the office are great and the place is clean but I would not recommend them for your storage fees it’s too big of a corporation and they don’t care about working with people during hard times

Charles was super helpful and pleasant! Facility is clean and secure. I travel and move around the country for work, and this seems like the best storage place I've used so far!

What an excellent experience! Morgan and Courtney were incredibly helpful during a very tough time. They made it easy and made sure that my unit was the right fit for what I needed. The facility was easy to access and clean. ( I chose a climate controlled unit) Cannot recommend this location and this team enough. 10 out of 10!
