I am currently renting a space at the Route 52 location in Beacon, NY, and am very pleased with customer service, both in-person with Akii, and through their phone service with another person. They also have a good in-office self-service kiosk that connects you to a service member on a video chat for fast, easy, and personal attention. The facility itself looks and smells clean, and offers several space options.

Akii is great, super helpful and has a great memory! Facilities are clean and well-maintained. Moving box kits are also very handy.
