I've had three separate units with these folks and the prior owners over the last number of years for various needs. Scot made life super easy. He got in touch before any late fees when I had a payment method expire and in closing out a unit he handled everything for me within minutes. Highly recommend this location for your needs! Once again it looks like the Clay location has been abandoned! The facility has been unsecured for the last week with the access gate broken - wide open. No longer anyone in the office to address these types of issues. I have tried calling about the new insurance requirement. I'm only told it is now a "third party and they cant help"!! I have asked that a manager call me and no response on this either . I just need a place to store my stuff, I shouldn't have to deal an unsecured facility, non staffing and third party insurance issues. Customer service has really dropped off in the close to 5 years I have been a customer.

I needed a storage unit fast. A week later I had to get a second storage unit. I felt secure in getting a second unit. There was a death in the family, and I was not expecting to need a storage unit to make room in the house for as many family coming to stay over. I am in a special circumstance where I needed two units, one for the family & one just for myself. There are plenty of different size options available for rent including larger ones than the two I needed. Scot is amazing, and very knowledgeable when I had questions regarding the storage facility like the difference between climate controlled units vs enclosed outdoor storage units, etc. I was confident with the facility to get a second unit. The later gate access time drop off for storage is also a bonus. I do intend to reduce the number of storage units I have and may get a larger unit so I can move all my storage from another storage facility and bring everything to A-Verdi.

The site manager Scot went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! He maintains great contact and communication, follows up thoroughly, and just overall provides superior customer service! The office is immaculate and the process of renting was one of the most seamless experiences I've ever had! Personable and friendly service and really great rates to rent a unit! This is our 3rd time we have done business here. Scot was so helpful signing up to rent and moving out when we no longer needed the storage space. If we need storage again we will definitely go back to this facility. Scot is so nice and made our experience so pleasant we were a little sad to say goodbye.
