This storage facility is completely unacceptable and severely infested with mice. When I opened my unit, my belongings were destroyed — clothes chewed through, personal papers ruined, and everything covered in rodent droppings and urine. The smell alone made it obvious this had been an ongoing problem. It’s disgusting, unsanitary, and a serious health hazard. I have video and photo proof of the damage. I trusted this place to protect my property, but their negligence led to extensive losses. I would strongly warn anyone against storing anything here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a positive experience at Extra Space Storage in Edison! From the moment I walked in, Bronson was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers feel comfortable and confident with their choice, but Bronson did exactly that. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very secure, which gives me great peace of mind. If you’re looking for storage in the Edison area, I highly recommend this location—and definitely ask for Bronson. He’ll take good care of you!
