Public Storage - Bronx - 3350 Park Ave

I was greeted and serviced as soon as I walked in the door. I was taken to my locker and was instructed on how to operate the door/lock. The entire facility is well maintained and looked clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and well managed storage facility.

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I booked my unit online (highly suggest to lock in best price). Raven delivered amazing customer service from start to finish. They didn't have the size unit I requested, but she gave me a tour of the different sizes available and helped assist with selecting the best one for my move. She politely answered any questions I had and made the process very easy. The complimentary carts offered on site are super helpful for making the move faster and the facility is very clean and well maintained.

The process was smooth and the staff was friendly. What I didn't like is that there were trucks loading and unloading blocking other storage members from entering the dock. Approximately 12 of those gentlemen proceeded to break out plates of rice, beans, plantanos, chicken with plates and started to eat in the loading area as they took a lunch break. I also questioned the size of the unit as it didn't measure to what I rented was a 5X10.
