Very helpful staff, Angel and Peta-Gaye are friendly and courteous. They made my move in smooth and seamless, I wish all companies had quality employees like them. I'm glad I chose this location, I'd refer all friends and family to this location solely based off the service and help I received from them. Great hire extra space

I went to pay my unit today and discussed possibly moving to another unit in the near future. Sasha, the representative who assisted me was very helpful. I’m absolutely satisfied with the customer service I received today, 10/10!!!

Start to finish the process was amazing. Spoke with agent Kia on the phone to setup my first access. My unit wound up being in the annex. Kia kindly walked over in 80 degree weather to wait for me as i drove over. I was lost and the sister location (shoutout to those guys, super friendly, helpful, and knowledgable) and was directed to the annex location (it's a little hard to find haha) I had a great experience and look forward to using the space for work!
