Great customer engagement!

I was worried about how I would be handled with my new reservation for my new storage unit. Amarilys at 3350 Park Avenue Bronx, NY made the onboarding experience quite seamless and easy. She took the time to show me the facilities and gave me great tips on how I can properly secure my belongings. Also how the team there were taking COVID-19 very seriously by protecting how many people were in the office. Even tho themselves weren't social distancing but they recognize customers that were concern with being around a lot of people at once. Again I appreciate the team there and big thanks to Amarilys. Her work ethic shouldn't go unnoticed and hope great things for her as she should be able to share those great practices with her team so they can be the best at what they do everyday at Public Storage.
