I had an excellent experience at CubeSmart Self Storage on Atlantic Ave, and I have to give a special shoutout to Ms. Joyce. From the moment my mom and I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her patience and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and confident with our storage choice. It’s not often you come across customer service like that anymore. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but Ms. Joyce truly made the experience exceptional. If you’re looking for storage and want great service, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Ms. Joyce!

As a customer who has used this specific cubesmart location two times in the last 2 years- I highly recommend it. Not only is the storage immaculate in cleanliness thanks to kind custodian Rich but everything from the registration, communication and customer service has been top notch thanks to Mrs.Joyce’s great leadership. She is a compassionate human and reliable manager who made my moving in, transfer (I moved units once) and moving out process seamless.
