Omg the staff take care of me like my own family should. I love CubeSmart my unit is fabulous, however the manager Jahnah is the best I mean she is the epitome of what customer service represents. She not only treated me like family she treated me well and made sure I was intact. She go above and beyond to make sure everything customer is treated appropriately and get the satisfaction we need.

My wife has stored our belongings in this storage for at least two years now . Best decision especially in nyc with these shoe box apt. I walked in here and took some pictures an as I was leaving a kind employee reminded me I could use the lift. I'm sure this establishment was aware of me and that's good for security reasons because it's a huge facility and you can try and sneak in but the staff is watching! Update: 3/22/26 I returned as usual but this time I needed the elevator when I walked in the elevator it states put in your code which is your access code. I tried at least 5 times but the elevator would not move .a staff member was helping others and after the attempts she explained to me you have to enter the last 4 of your phone number , that's the last 4 of the phone number on the account for your information! I would recommend a sign is put up if it's not .

My husband and I were transferred to this CubeSmart Storage Facility, five years ago, after the closing of the CubeSmart Facility on Tillary Street in Downtown Brooklyn. This is a secured "great" facility. We love the Manager, Jahnah and all of her staff, who are very friendly, courteous, professional and always available to help, with resolving any situation that you may encounter. The facility is very clean, even the rest rooms, along with the areas around the storage units. We appreciate that the facility is brightly lit, making it easy to find your way around. We love that the facility has a great security system, even in the elevator, where you need to input your code to gain access to your particular floor. The prices for the units are reasonable and the hours of operation work well with any schedule. WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!!!

Stellar service. Martin gave me a thorough tour of the different options. I chose one, loaded it up, then realized I wanted to split up my things into two smaller units instead of one larger unit. Martin was kind and patient in helping me change my plan, as was Tony in helping me load, unload, and reload my units. I felt well taken care of and will come back for additional storage needs.
