I’ve been a customer here for a little over a year now. Three reasons why i chose this specific storage. Professionalism, Safety and Cleanliness. Kathy and staff have been great! They’re always on time, helpful and cleaning in and around the storage facility which i greatly appreciate. Billing is seamless and fast to use as well. I will continue to use this business for all my storage needs. Keep up the great work Kathy and staff!!!!!

I've rented from a lot of different storage places before but I believe that this storage place was by far the best one customer service was definitely great. Help me. I had no issues very polite, very respectful and I would definitely recommend you all go here. This says, I believe my stuff is safe. RUN and Keep looking. The employees here consistently CLOSE this location 30 MIN EARLIER than their posted close time leaving costumers STRANDED on MULTIPLE occasions. If you decide to store your stuff here, you will likely find the employees all to happy to rolling down the security shutters and closing the loading bays at your time of greatest need. The numerous FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS from 1 review accounts SHOULD SEND YOU RUNNING IN THE OTHER DIRECTION as it is a sure sign of a business that does not take customer feedback back seriously.

Kiara & Kathy - at the East NY/Bushwick Brooklyn location - are always professional in neighborhoods that are well known for a lack thereof. I have never experienced an issue with either when requesting assistance of any sort, nor have they appeared lackadaisical in behavior at the moment of request. They have observed me with tools and work attire, and have been empathetic towards my needs when I find myself at the establishment. I am genuinely grateful for their efforts. Hopefully the storage facility is aware of the quality employees that commit themselves to outstanding service.

Our experience was pleasant beginning with the assistance we received from the front desk. Kathy was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and fun to work with. Her presence and sense of humor was a whole vibe! The QR code on the card didn't work (blank page error message), but it was so important to me to leave a review that I researched for hours to figure this out. Thank you, Kathy!
