We have been very pleased with the service we have received at the Lorraine Street location. The General Manager Asia Walker devoted considerable time sorting out an issue that came up when we had to change billing on a unit. We were very impressed with her efficiency and the speed by which she was able to resolve the issue and issue reimbursement. What we were anticipating as a potential hassle ended up being hassle free. We found the customer service to be excellent.

Davon was SUPER helpful and incredibly kind. I had just moved into the area and needed a location close to my new place to store some furniture items. I wasn't sure which unit size was going to fit all of my things, so he gave me the grand tour to see the different size units and made great suggestions. The place is clean and easily accessible. The place is kept very clean, and the prices are quite affordable; however, I encountered a surprise that left me feeling a bit concerned. I tried to exit through one of the emergency exits leading to the street to save time—something I have done several times in the past, though not recently. When the door on the second floor closed behind me and I attempted to go down, I was met with a nasty little surprise: the stairwell and the door were BLOCKED BY METAL BARRICADES. I called the front desk, and the young man I spoke told me that they advise against using the emergency stairwells for precisely that reason. But what if there were a real emergency, like a fire? I gave him the location of the stairwell, yet he didn't even know which one I was referring to—which struck me as highly unprofessional on his part. He told me he would come look for me, but I remained trapped for about 15 minutes, and no one ever showed up. I ultimately had to force the door open as best I could and climb over the metal barriers just to get out. This poses a serious risk to the lives of the users.

Nashia and Lorenzo was such a delight. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and beyond friendly. The patience they had when going through the whole storage process was beyond wonderful. What I thought would be a difficult process they help simplify. And the facility was immaculate, the smell, and the look you can tell the staff takes pride in their work. I Will definitely recommend.
