Clean and easy to access! Jadira is an absolute star- Made the whole process so smooth and fun. Very knowledgeable and incredible to work with! Would recommend to anyone, but especially any solo gals that need a safe, comfortable, clean place to store things.

really thankful for the customer service from Jay-Quan and William at Extra Space! i was locked out of my work’s shared storage unit but they worked quickly and efficiently to confirm that i was on the shared contact list and get signed permission from the main contact to cut the locks, get me into the unit, and set me up with a new lock. i was a bit stressed but they were so calm and reassuring. appreciate you both for your help!!
