Excellent customer service.

Came in a couple days ago to check out a few units, wound up not choosing any at the moment, but the manager was very knowledgeable about unit sizes, company policy, and he was very respectful and giving with his time. Thank you to him for making my trip to Public Storage a nicer one.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and great, clean facility

The ladies at the desk were all super helpful and they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was able to get an unit of the size I needed and they still honored the online price I had received. The facility is very clean and well run with working elevators and dollys you can rent.

Everything I expected...

Thank you! If the snow and wind would let a bit more more moving things in quickly will happen sooner. But for the price, the experience, and the fact you don’t control the weather I really can’t complain.
