This was such an easy transition. The manager was so helpful and caring! The price was perfect for the size unit I rented. Lock is included and insurance offered. The facility is very clean and well kept.

Jen was excellent, patient and very helpful! ( Transit road store). I also want to mention the absolute wonderful phone manners she used while talking to another customer on the phone. It was obvious the lady repeated questions several times. Jen made no faces, no rude comments, did not try to rush the customer and was very patient speaking with her. Great job!!

At first it was all right even though it claimed to be $99 it was never $99 for the month. Then it's for some reason double to 181 and stayed there for a little while and then I was informed it was going up to 250. I don't think that's an honest way to do business and just because you put it in your contract that you can change the rights at any time that you want I don't think it's fair to the customer. You're charging people $250 for absolutely nothing other than space and maybe a little electricity the people that work there were fine I'm still going through my things to make sure everything is there but like I said the pricing was outrageous
