Adrian and Jasmine were AWESOME ! Not only were they efficient and professional, but they were very friendly and helped me get a storage unit with a bit of natural lighting ;) (Heads up to anyone renting a space - most of the smaller units do not have lights so you would need to purchase a tap light for ease of movement from your local dollar store/utility store if that’s important to you. Happy moving - a big thanks to Jasmine who built rapport right from the start during our phone call and made me feel excited to move :)

We are very appreciative of Joey & Jasmine for helping us with this process. There were a lot of moving parts to getting this storage space and they were very patient and willing to help especially with my 9000 questions 😂. Very knowledgeable about the process, helpful in getting our student stuff from one place to theirs. It was such a load off of our minds.

Needed to rent a unit asap as I was helping someone move and needed to store furniture. I was able to reserve a unit online in the morning, and got a call right away confirming the reservation for the day. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Jasmine was great and answered all my questions. This location has better hours than my previous storage unit facility. Glad to make the switch.

Jasmine made sure I had a seat without having to ask her she offered it to me because I wasn’t feeling well at first being 8 months pregnant and all. I definitely give 5 stars because of how well and easy going everything went today. I am truly satisfied with the service at Cubesmart thanks to Jasmine.
