I talked with several employees in the process of finding a storage unit that met my needs. All of them were very polite and extremely patient and helpful. I visited a few different locations along with looking at different number of units at each location. They continued to excellent service until I found the unit that was exactly what I needed and wanted. I was walked through the rental process which I was trying to complete on an older phone and the representative was patient and worked with me until we finally completed the rental agreement. At this point I have nothing but a wonderful experience. Thank you for your great service.

I called several times. On the main website where we go to pay the entire page is missing. They don’t even have this location on the website anymore. I’ve called three times. No return call what is going on with the company. Until someone calls me back I will be moving my belongings out. I don’t need this type of stress before a deployment.

I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Scott who is the maintenance supervisor for all of the KO Storage facilities in Jefferson County,NY. He has been very helpful to my wife and I and is very respectful, Courteous and a genuine good guy. He is a Great Asset to your company and I have always had good interactions with him, and he has always been able to offer us assistance when we have asked him questions.
