After looking for a local facility I chose this one because of the outstanding reviews, design and demographics. The facility was very well kept, quiet, calm, and warm. The ladies in the front were friendly, polite and warming. They both were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to add an additional unit moving a 5 bedroom home out of state back to NY. The ladies were very accommodating and gave me options for plans and payment etc. 10/10 would recommend. Very easy to move in and out wo hassle. Great place.

My experience was very pleasant at the Hewlett self storage. The storage space was very clean. Also TK was very professional and helpful. She answered any questions and concerns that I had. I’d definitely recommended coming here just because of her professionalism.

I have been storing my “stuff” here for just over two years and since day one the staff, the facility, and the other users of the facility have been wonderful. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the facility is always clean and well maintained, and the other users are always nice and respectful. I was concerned when I first moved that I would not be able to keep some of my most cherished objects because of circumstances. But Extra Space Storage in Hewlett has made it a smooth transition. I hope that I will not need them for very much longer but it is a blessing to have had a convenient and comfortable space to store my “stuff”.
