I would really love to give this a better review that used to be different. I have to change my review because of all the experiences that had with this place. I’ve been with them for five years at this location and it changed to prime a few years ago they do have a cool machine, but that’s about it. I had a climate control unit and it’s not even climate control. They’re very deceitful under their practices. The gate lock is broken. Anybody could just get in there. They have bugs all over the place. They don’t shovel so if you’re get a unit and you need to get in there, you better bring a shovel because they shovel you in. They turn the heat off in the winter and turn the AC off in the summer. And I’ll show you some examples just look at the pictures in my unit was originally like 93$ It got raised three times within 90 days The last time I called, they fixed it but right before I went to move out for good they tried to raise it again, Right before I moved out to over $200 I’ve just been lied to manipulated deceived, thinking that my stuff was safe there you can’t be safe when you got rent increase and you’re not getting heat or air conditioner for your stuff when you pay for it I would never ever go back to prime storage again but just don’t take my word for it if you choose to I lived it that’s all up to you, but you’ll see

Hema worked tirelessly on my first check in date to find the right unit for my needs, even called me numerous times to keep me updated. Had to rent another unit after all that stellar customer service. Big shout to Hema and Scout. Would recommend a million times over and over. Nice and clean

She applied herself in such a professional and compassionate manner, one that shined greatly representing this company with an outstanding level of quality.
