Let me just start by saying how wonderful my experience was! I was here last year and wasn’t happy. But this new employee Angela was amazing! She was very informative and very helpful. Her kindness and honesty was very helpful. She took her time with my million questions I had. But she was patient as I am very annoying and I apologized to her for that! I would 1000% recommend this storage especially with Angela’s help and kindness. I will definitely be a member for life as long Angela works there!

Absolute scammers. This self-storage facility is the definition of highway robbery. They hook you with a low intro rate, around $120/month and then quietly jack it up little by little to over $400 before you can blink. It’s a classic bait-and-switch buried in the fine print. Worse, they hide behind the fact that it’s a month-to-month license, not a traditional lease, so you have little to no protection when they decide to raise your rate. That’s not transparency, that’s exploitation. Do yourself a favor: don’t store your belongings here. They don’t care about customers or loyalty just how much they can squeeze out of you. Greedy, deceptive, and completely unethical business
