NOBODY like Robin !!!!!!!!!

I never have rented a Storage Unit Before, but I have to give Kudo's to Robin. At the beginning of our Rental,,,,I was having a problem with pricing issues and because of Robin, I stayed, She made SURE it was corrected :-) She has went out of her way for Me ever since I started Renting and she is very Personable, Caring, Knowledgeable etc.etc.etc.... tries to make the Best out of ANY situation.....I believe Robin is an Asset to Public Storage because of these Attributes.....Always goes beyond Her Job Duties to offer any help She can give....TY Robin!!!! Helen :-)

The staff is wonderful but for a 5x5 i...

The staff is wonderful but for a 5x5 i feel $62.00 is alot when I first had a 5 x10 for $65.00. Did not need that much space was hoping to get it under $40.00
