Be very careful with giving a cash payment!! They don't apply it correctly and lock you out of your storage unit.. their system was down after an update could not sign in I went to the storage unit prior to a due and paid cash went there and there's some rubber thing over my lock now I have to wait till Monday to go in and show my receipt. This is the 2nd time this has happened!! Now what happens to the people that didn't save the receipt your employees the employee just gets the bonus?? Soooo this time is wasn't about cash payment someone cut his lock off? Now you want us to just go buy another like what? What if theres something missing?
