This is, by far the clunkiest way to rent a storage unit. The price is competitive, the staff provides good service over the phone, but there was no one in the facilities, so everything had to be done over the phone. I happened to leave my credit card at home, so I could not finish all the steps to rent. The webpage is asking me for insurance, which I don't want, so that's an extra inconvenient step. By the time I got home and was ready to give my credit card number, there was no one available on the phone. Every step you take to rent a unit here is painfully laborious, only to be followed by another stupid step.
Tom HartI'd been exchanging emails with them and when my wife went by they said they didn't have the size she was looking for, claiming that she had asked for a 5x 10 and not the 10 x 10 we'd been discussing. My wife's comment was that the person working the desk didn't want to lift a finger to help them. Would have been more convenient then the place we ended up with but this poor service turned my wife off so went elsewhere.
