Prices are super reasonable and staff was beyond helpful. Customer service here is 100% the reason to go back. I dealt with a guy and a woman and both were top tier. It’s nice to have a positive experience at a business for once

A few friends of mine have units here, so I decided to get one as well. But I haven't even moved my stuff in and these people won't stop calling me at work to keep asking me the same shit repeatedly... if they don't get a grip my friends and I are moving our stuff elsewhere. Update: didn't even move in. This place is a complete joke. There's no gate, a bunch of abandoned looking cars out back, and some shady guy going in and out.

I literally was in shock!! For starters the agent not only honored the online offer but he upgraded me to a more suitable unit for a higher amount but way more cheaper than the competitors in the area. I had some issues getting there and he followed up with me daily and held my offer. The customer service was great I even considered upgrading my unit even larger to get rid of my existing storage unit elsewhere. He took me around the entire inside of the facility showing me options and both agents sat down with me explaining everything in detail. I highly recommend this facility I had been calling the same facility for two years prior and the guy who was there would never honor the internet specials and the rates given were not compatible so I had to rent elsewhere farther away. Changing management at this location was definitely a plus!!

I am moving to the area and needed a place to store my household items so I stopped into Cubesmart as it was the most convenient location for me. I spoke with the receptionist Sharon, who was very helpful explaining the pricing structure. I felt no pressure to rent a unit, I left very happy, all questions answered. I will be back very soon with my items to rent a space. Thanks so much!

It wasn’t hard telling who just started and who didn’t. The professionalism wasn’t top par and not explaining certain aspects warranted an unpleasant experience. Other than that, another associate did step in to assist and made the rest of my visit professional as it should be.
